zeekay 75f6a7e82f Kai's multimodal figures carry the Kai-1.7 target label, and the served Kai's latency is the measured 38 ms
850M, the vision, audio and video encoders, the fusion bridge, reasoning: auto
and 85-95 ms are the Kai-1.7 design's targets, labelled as such on /kai, the
model card, the Kai 1 post and the blog index. Where 85-95 ms stood as the
served kai-1.3's latency it is now 38 ms p50, one question on production CPU.
kai-1.6 is named as next: it is not served.

/**
* The monospace figures on /kai: a program, a distribution, a call. Each is
* real text in a `Window`, selectable and read by a screen reader as what it
* is, never a picture of text.
*
* Every number drawn in these figures is an EXAMPLE and the window says so in
* its bar. Measured results live in components/kai/Results, read from the run
* files; a figure here that looked measured would be a claim nothing backs.
*
* Emphasis is brightness, as in `Term`: the thing a reader should look at is the
* brightest, its context a step down, commentary a step below that. Every value
* is a design token, stated on the element that draws it.
