Pin the caller at @v2

Browse Source 
@v1 resolves this pipeline's own tools from the CALLER's ref, so a v*
tag here made it clone hanzoai/[email protected] -- a ref that names nothing --
and the run died at step one. It also predates the publish lane, so
even a green one would ship nothing.
