fix(license): restore openai/openai-agents-python LICENSE verbatim; attribution to NOTICE

Hanzo's copyright holder had been inserted into an upstream licence over
100% upstream code. LICENSE is now byte-identical to upstream's:

  upstream: openai/openai-agents-python
  sha256:   13df7812ca53ecaae1cb4a868844bb598373047ae1d580e4debfbef1dd5b6915

Attribution lives in NOTICE and only NOTICE. Hanzo branding (product
names, logos, package names, docs) is unchanged -- branding is not
licensing, and conflating the two is what caused this.
