The e2e gate installs Chromium without --with-deps
Hanzo CI/CD / test (linux-amd64) (push) Successful in 2m14s
Hanzo CI/CD / test (linux-arm64) (push) Successful in 7m52s
Hanzo CI/CD / cicd (push) Failing after 2m26s
CI/CD / cicd (push) Failing after 10m25s

The forge runner image (hanzoai/ci runner/Dockerfile) already carries
Chromium's shared libraries, and its sandbox refuses sudo, so
`playwright install --with-deps` stopped run 12345 at the apt step before a
single spec ran. The gate now fetches only the browser that matches
@playwright/test into $RUNNER_TEMP, as hanzo.ai's gate does.
