1.27 is the released toolchain and the tree already compiles clean on it, so
the go directive names it. Nothing here depends on a 1.27 language feature
yet; this is the floor moving, which is what makes generic methods, the wider
type inference and promoted-field struct literals available to the code that
wants them next.
