NewLoggerProvider refused, because the only way to push logs was OTLP and OTLP carries protobuf and gRPC on either flavour. luxfi/log v1.6.0 added the third wire — a JSON LogBatch in a ZAP envelope, MsgLogBatch = 3 — so that sentence is no longer true and the refusal is replaced by the real exporter. Traces, metrics and logs now all leave this binary the same way.
