products/visual_review/cli and products/tasks/scripts/runAgent.mjs both build
URLs against our API and sat outside every directory the earlier sweeps covered
-- first-party code under products/ that is neither backend nor frontend.

The openapi-codegen test specs and the CSV render fixtures are synthetic inputs
rather than recorded output, and the generator itself never reads the prefix,
so they move for consistency with no behaviour attached.
