zooqueenandHanzo Dev 3d035b5921 fork: hanzoai/krakend-otel — rip prometheus exporter (no-prometheus policy) 
Removes exporter/prometheus + CreatePrometheusExporters + its call in Instances,
so consumers (hanzoai/gateway) no longer pull github.com/prometheus/client_golang
transitively. OTel/OTLP exporters unaffected.
