@hanzo/mcp 2.4.18: bin paths npm keeps

The runner's npm dropped both bin entries written as ./dist/cli.js as invalid
while publishing 2.4.17, and the version never reached the registry. Bare
dist/cli.js is the form 2.4.16's published bins read; a packed tarball of
this tree installs hanzo-mcp and mcp and lists the kai tools.
