kai_log_triage: record the held-out read

60 real CI logs from 48 public repositories, labelled by class from the
excerpt alone without the rules in view, read once against aee2889's
signatures: 42 right (.70), 7 answered unknown, 11 another class. On the
40 logs whose class ae4d07b's six categories can name, its Kai choice read
20 (p50 502 ms on the CPU) and the signatures 28.
