github.com held commits this host lacked, which refuses the mirror push
("fetch first") and stops github receiving anything at all. Merging rather
than overwriting, so the mirror is a fast-forward again and neither side's
work is dropped.
Adds .hanzo/workflows/cicd.yml calling the canonical pipeline and drops the
GitHub-hosted workflows it replaces. Lands here because this is where the repo
is written — git.hanzo.ai is upstream and github.com is its push mirror, so the
same change made on github.com never reaches the runner fleet.
github.com has no runner for hanzo-build-linux-amd64, so a caller under
.github/workflows is a gate that can never be scheduled. This is the ~7-line
caller on the plane that can (git.hanzo.ai git-runner fleet), pinned @v1.

This workflow ran on a self-hosted actions-runner-controller pool. ARC is
decommissioned: CI executes inside git.hanzo.ai (Gitea Actions, .hanzo/workflows)
and delivery is cd.hanzo.ai reconciling the reviewed image pin in
hanzoai/universe. GitHub is a mirror and runs nothing.
Removed rather than repointed — there is no GitHub-side pool to move to, and
leaving it would keep ARC load-bearing.
Node 24.18.0 (LTS Krypton) on alpine. sqlite3 bundled two ways, both
proven at build time: require('node:sqlite') builtin works, and native
better-sqlite3/sqlite3 compile against build-base+python3+sqlite-dev via
node-gyp. One base, one way: services do FROM ghcr.io/hanzoai/nodejs:v24.18.0.
Self-contained CI on hanzo-build-linux-amd64, amd64-only, semver-only
(vX.Y.Z + :v24), never sha/latest.
