Generate dart into the repo that holds the dart client

The row pointed at hanzoai/dart-sdk, which is a 9KB landing page: four licence
files and a README saying the code lives in its language org and that nothing
is published from there. The client itself is hanzo-dart/sdk, 33MB of it, and
it had not been regenerated because the driver was writing next door.

hanzoai/dart-sdk is the shape the other ten should end up in.
