- Clear "What is Hanzo Cloud?" intro
- Services grouped by function (AI, Automation, Platform, Infra, Ops)
- "What it does" column instead of internal jargon
- Auth methods table with use cases
- Architecture section explains why (multi-tenant, IAM, KMS, ZAP)
- SDKs and client generation section
- Open source orgs table moved to bottom
- Removed internal tracking ("NEW", "Existing", "Updated" status)

zeekay 97d8813b0b chore: rebrand all 27 specs to Hanzo, fix contacts, rewrite nexus 
- Remove all upstream project references from descriptions
  (Casdoor, Casvisor, Casibase, Infisical, LiteLLM, Langfuse,
  LibreChat, ActivePieces, Umami, Meilisearch, Qdrant, Harbor,
  Neon, Valkey, CoreDNS, OpenZiti, KubeRay, KubeFlow, Agnost)
- Add email: [email protected] to all 27 contact blocks
- Rewrite nexus/openapi.yaml from Swagger 2.0 to OpenAPI 3.1.0
  (was still raw Casibase spec with [email protected])
- Fix IAM: [email protected] → [email protected], Casdoor → Hanzo IAM
- Fix Cloud: "Swagger Docs" → proper Hanzo Cloud API description
- Fix O11y: Loki/Prometheus refs → LogQL/PromQL
- 28 files, 64,266 total lines, all valid YAML

zeekay 51078f318d feat: add MQ service (NATS), hanzomsg org, multi-tenancy + IAM + KMS + ZAP architecture 
- New mq/openapi.yaml (2,295 lines): pub/sub, streams, consumers, KV, object store
- Forked nats-server, nats.go, nats.js, nats.py into @hanzomsg
- 26 services total, 63,506 lines across 27 specs + master
- Added platform architecture: multi-tenant, IAM auth, KMS secrets, ZAP protocol
- All production services require Hanzo IAM, KMS, and multi-tenancy

zeekay 23dc1e6e34 feat: rename hanzodb→hanzosql, add hanzokv (Valkey) with KV spec 
- Rename hanzodb → hanzosql for Neon serverless Postgres fork
- Add hanzokv org with valkey-io/valkey fork
- Add kv/openapi.yaml (1,219 lines): keys, hash, list, pub/sub, streams,
  managed clusters, namespaces
- Update hanzo.yaml and README with KV service (now 25 services total)

zeekay 806eb18433 feat: Hanzo Unified Cloud v4.0.0 — 8 new service specs, 24 total 
Add 8 new OpenAPI 3.1.0 specs for platform capabilities:
- registry (Harbor, @hanzocr) — container registry
- db (Neon, @hanzodb) — serverless Postgres with instant branching
- edge (Supabase Edge Runtime, @hanzofn) — Deno-based edge functions
- o11y (Loki+Grafana+SigNoz, @hanzoo11y) — logs, metrics, traces, alerts
- dns (CoreDNS, @hanzodns) — zone and record management
- engine (KubeFlow+KubeRay, @hanzoml) — GPU scheduling, ML pipelines
- zt (OpenZiti, @hanzozt) — zero-trust networking
- paas (Agnost, @hanzoai) — K8s-native GitOps, DOKS fleet management

Update existing specs:
- gateway v1.1.0: edge function routing, CDN purge, DNS proxy, custom routes
- hanzo.yaml v4.0.0: all 24 services in 4 tiers, full gateway route table
- README: capabilities matrix, GitHub orgs table, 24-service directory

Total: 59,936 lines across 25 specs. Full Heroku/Vercel parity and beyond.

Replaced by comprehensive per-service openapi.yaml specs.
Old commerce/*.yaml and platform/*.yaml fragments are now
fully covered in commerce/openapi.yaml and platform/openapi.yaml.

Replaced by comprehensive OpenAPI 3.1 specs for all 17 services.
Old YAMLs (ai/, blockchain/, identity/, marketing/, payments/) are
now covered by the unified service specs.

Complete rewrite of the Hanzo API specification repository.
Single HANZO_API_KEY for everything via api.hanzo.ai.

Core: IAM, Commerce, Cloud, Gateway, Console, KMS
Application: Chat, Flow, Auto, Analytics, Bot, Search
Infrastructure: Platform, Visor, Operative, Vector, Nexus

- Master unified spec (hanzo.yaml v2.0.0)
- 17 individual service specs (47K+ lines total)
- Shared schemas (auth, errors, pagination)
- Comprehensive README with client generation
