papers: polish 8 Hanzo Tier-1 papers for external distribution
Add Reproducibility appendix (source repo, build commands, hardware
tested, standards referenced, contact) to all Tier-1 Hanzo papers:
Defense (10):
- hanzo-agentic-ai
- hanzo-assured-networking
- hanzo-countermeasures
- hanzo-cross-domain
- hanzo-edge-ai-ml
- hanzo-formal-verification
- hanzo-full-spectrum-cyber
- hanzo-quantum-sensing-qkd
- hanzo-test-evaluation
- hanzo-zap-protocol
Research (6):
- hanzo-self-improving-agents
- hanzo-federated-agents (already had repro details appendix)
- hanzo-stack-comparison
- hanzo-harness-hacking
- hanzo-agent-grpo
- hanzo-unified-harness
Switch Tier-1 research papers to \usepackage{../shared/hanzocover} so
they build correctly from their own subdirectory via
latexmk -pdf -interaction=nonstopmode <name>.tex. Defense papers retain
their existing hanzo-defense.sty black cover (\makecover).
PDFs rebuilt and copied to Defense Pack on Desktop.
