fix(hanzo-mcp): v0.10.1 - improve shell resolution

- Check Homebrew paths first (/opt/homebrew/bin, /usr/local/bin)
- Prefer zsh, fallback to bash if not available
- Support both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs
