name the ref the fleet names, and one that can be fetched

The projection was pinned to a commit that exists only on this machine, so the receipt named a document no consumer could resolve. The document itself is byte-identical at both commits -- not one generated line moves -- which is why this is a one-line correction and not a regeneration.
