fix(ci): update workflow to use hanzo_tools.agent imports

- Replace hanzo_mcp.tools.agent.cli_tools with hanzo_tools.agent
- Update test imports to use AgentTool, IChingTool, ReviewTool
- Simplify integration tests for new agent tool API
