Publish with the tool that resolves the catalog

0.1.6 went out through `npm publish`, which leaves `catalog:` specs as it finds
them: its manifest names `react-hook-form@catalog:`, a protocol only pnpm's
workspace understands, so every consumer's install fails to resolve it. 0.1.4,
published the other way, carries a real range.

Same source, published with `pnpm publish`. 0.1.6 is deprecated.
