Replace memoryFileSaved Go struct serialization (via pkg/state) with a stable, length-prefixed Protobuf schema (MemoryFileMetadataProto) in pkg/sentry/pgalloc/pgalloc.proto. This decouples MemoryFile checkpointing from internal Go struct layouts across all save/restore modes. PiperOrigin-RevId: 962261330
