Eighteen paper units existed only in the working tree — settlement spine, nova consensus, universal liquidity, one-venue DEX settlement, sovereign exchange, growth round, fee settlement, GPU-native billion TPS, magnetar threshold SLH-DSA, unified PQ transport, the W3A patent acquisition, and new sections for the evmgpu benchmark, quasar consensus, ZAP stack and trust kernel. Workflow files under .github/ are deliberately left out: origin appears to be mid-migration to .hanzo/workflows and committing the stale copies would undo it.
