zeekayandHanzo Dev 5f8563a25e One validator's statements on its own link, answers to its own questions
- A statement is taken only on its signer's own link (nobody relays a vote),
and a link whose statements fail their signature spends JUNK_EACH turns a
settle window before it is looked at again.
- An answer is taken only to the question this node asked that peer; a gated
node asks for two records, the anchor or the block certified on its tip.
- A certificate that did not form is tried again only when its signatures
change, so a committee below the Quasar floor (an archive) costs no pairing a
pass; a stalled anchor write is retried after a settle window.
- LLM.md: the height rule with lux-rs/node file:line for every clause, the
anchor's specification, the mesh as it is formed now, what was run and
against what (ThreadSanitizer clean on the threaded tests).
