(draft-connolly-cfrg-xwing-kem). Document where Lux uses X-Wing
(zap-protocol Rust core, AI-agent ZAP) vs the RNS hybrid (Lux node
sessions with identity-bound handshake). Comparison table added so
new code picks the right one.
