Add Hanzo Insights to bridge with tenant-aware properties

Instruments all bridge tenants (bridge.lux.network, bridge.pars.network,
bridge.hanzo.ai, bridge.zoo.ngo) with insights.hanzo.ai. Events tagged
with tenant ID and hostname for multi-tenant analytics.
