feat: payment processor integration via hanzo/commerce
- Add hanzo/commerce v1.36.5 for Braintree, MPC payment processors
- Create pkg/funding service wrapping commerce processor registry
- Add deposit/withdraw/webhook endpoints under /v1/fund/
- Register Braintree processor with env-var config in brokerd
- Remove /api prefix from routes (subdomain routing in production)
- White-label: all config via env vars, multi-tenant ready
