Join the parallel line into this history

luxfi/chains was developed twice from the same starting point: two roots with
the same subject and date, no commit in common, 41 commits on one side and 288
on the other. This records that the two are one project again.

The tree is this line's. Eighteen of the parallel line's commits are already
here by patch-id and seventeen more by an exact-subject twin the re-creation
re-hashed. What remains unique to it is one comment-only commit, applied in
f849e8f.

Its tree is not taken. The files it holds and this line does not were deleted
here on purpose and with reasons: the D-Chain proxy that answered nothing
(e4d04be, which added an AST check against its return), the vestigial BLS
custody subsystem (b0cc6d8), thresholdvm after the rename to mpcvm (51a7797).
Merging its tree would undo four deliberate removals and trip the check the
first one installed.
