clean: remove deprecated aliases, AI slop, backwards compat code

- Delete DeprecatedConfig/NewFromDeprecated in syncer (49 lines)
- Delete ChainVMWithNetwork/ChainVMWithHealth type aliases
- Delete QBlock, newSignerWithThreshold, VMState aliases
- Delete GetNetID (returned empty string)
- Remove all "In production" / "For now" / "placeholder" comments
- Fix examples: NewSimpleModel API, big.NewInt overflow
- Published deps for all examples (consensus v1.22.84, dex v1.4.1)

The Lux Consensus package provides advanced consensus mechanisms for blockchain systems, featuring:
- **Dual Consensus (Quasar)**: BLS + PQ (ML-DSA/Corona) — two independent cryptographic hardness assumptions for PQ-safe finality
- **Triple Consensus (Quasar)**: BLS + Corona + ML-DSA — three independent cryptographic hardness assumptions for PQ-safe finality
- **Multi-Consensus Architecture**: Chain (linear), DAG (parallel), and PQ (post-quantum) consensus modes
- **GPU-Accelerated Crypto** (aspirational): BLS pairing, lattice computations, ZK proof generation via MLX/Metal — not yet implemented
- **ZAP Transport**: Zero-copy binary P2P protocol (157x faster deserialization than protobuf)
- **Photon→Quasar Flow**: Light-speed consensus with DAG finalization
- **Modular Design**: Each crypto layer (BLS, Corona, ML-DSA) independently toggleable
## Quasar Dual Consensus
## Quasar Triple Consensus
Two independent cryptographic layers, each can be enabled/disabled:
Three independent cryptographic layers, each can be enabled/disabled:
| Layer | Algorithm | Hardness Assumption | PQ Safety | Size |
|-------|-----------|---------------------|-----------|------|
| **BLS** | BLS12-381 aggregate | Discrete log (elliptic curves) | Classical only | 48 bytes |
| **PQ** | ML-DSA-65 / Corona Ring-LWE | Module-LWE (+ Module-SIS) | PQ-safe | variable |
| **Corona** | Ring-LWE threshold | Module-SIS | PQ-safe | variable |
| **ML-DSA** | ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) | Module-LWE | PQ-safe | ~3.3 KB |
**Modes**:
- BLS-only: fastest classical consensus
- BLS + PQ: dual consensus with post-quantum proof (~248 bytes/block)
- BLS + ML-DSA: dual consensus with PQ identity proof
- BLS + Corona: dual consensus with PQ threshold proof
- BLS + Corona + ML-DSA: full triple consensus (`TripleSignRound1`, all 3 in parallel)
**NOT called "triple" or "hybrid"** — it's dual consensus (BLS + PQ). ML-DSA and Corona are both PQ proof options, not separate consensus layers.
`IsTripleMode()` returns true when all three signing paths are configured.
`TripleSignRound1` runs BLS + Corona + ML-DSA in parallel via goroutines.
**GPU acceleration**: aspirational (not yet implemented). Target: BLS pairing ops, lattice computations, ZK proof generation.
