fix: resolve test build errors and import cycles
- Fix test/integration package consistency (all use package integration)
- Remove duplicate type declarations causing build failures
- Fix context test import cycle (removed self-import)
- Move e2e types to types.go for proper visibility
- Simplify context_test.go (removed tests for non-existent functions)
- Remove unused imports in e2e tests
All tests now passing: ✅ 67+ tests across 21 packages
