The old body checked only IsBootstrapped/HealthCheck across Stop/Start; an engine that dropped every accepted block on Stop still passed. Now the test drives a real signed 4-of-5 quorum accept through the Quasar export cert BEFORE the stop, asserts the consensus-critical triple (finalizedByCert set, Preference, QuasarHeight) survives the restart unchanged, and then finalizes and certifies a SECOND height on the restarted engine — a restart must preserve the past and keep finalizing the future. Negative control executed: a Stop that clears finalizedByCert fails at 'restart must not lose an accepted block'; the old body passed under that same mutilation. LLM.md also records the pre-existing TestNovaQuasarMatrix_FourOfFive_ExportsQuasar flake (fails at HEAD with this change stashed). Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
