TestQuasarCountFloor_SizerMatchesVerifier and LLM.md both claimed the producer, the gossip door and the verifier ask for one count. What the test holds is narrower and is the thing worth holding: the door's alpha is TwoThirdsCount(p.K), so the door is sized by the function the verifier enforces and neither is a second definition of the count. The two are one number whenever the params were sized to the set that is running, which is what FeasibleParams does. They part when the set has moved since, and the new test states which way that cuts: TwoThirdsCount does not decrease, so a set that GREW leaves the door the looser bar and the predicate still decides — this clause cannot halt an export the door admitted. A set that SHRANK leaves the door the stricter bar, which is the runtime's gossip-admission bound and reads the same before and after the clause. Documentation and one test. No floor logic is touched. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
