chore: scrub Partner DEX / Liquidity chain IDs from docs/dex/api.mdx

- Replace 'Partner DEX V4 precompile' with 'Lux DEX V4 precompile'
- Replace Liquidity chain IDs (8675309/10/11) with Lux chain IDs
  (96369/96368/96370) in the chain-IDs table and curl-example payloads
