fix: improve GitHub Pages deployment reliability

- Add packageManager field to package.json for pnpm version consistency
- Remove explicit pnpm version from workflow (reads from packageManager)
- Add .nojekyll file to prevent Jekyll processing of _next directory
- Add .nojekyll generation step to deploy workflow
