The D-Chain opt-in was a boolean named for one chain. It is now a list, because B and M need the same thing and each was going to arrive with its own flag: the node runs a consent-requiring chain only when the operator names it, by letter or alias, and refuses a name no chain answers to rather than ignoring it. The implementations page said three repositories. It is one now — the Go node, the Rust runtime and the C++ runtime in a single checkout with the corpus that compares them, which is the difference between parity you can run and parity you assert.
