Fix CI: Set LUXD_VERSION from LUX_VERSION in install script

Browse Source 
- LUXD_VERSION was undefined, causing download URL to be malformed
- Now properly sets LUXD_VERSION from LUX_VERSION loaded from constants.sh
- This should finally fix all e2e test failures
