test(parallel): live GPU ecrecover dispatch proof (Metal vtable, not CPU fallthrough)

Exercises the exact production gate at sender_cacher.go:106
(parallel.DefaultGPU().Available()) plus the batch recovery in gpu_bridge.go
against the real Metal backend. Asserts:
  1. DefaultGPU().Available() == true  (was false => gpu_status:"none")
  2. luxgpu.BatchEcrecover recovers the SAME sender the CPU signer derives
     (a wrong Metal kernel or silent CPU fallthrough would fail the equality)

Build-tagged cgo && darwin && gpu, matching gpu_bridge_test.go. Compiles +
vets clean; runs green once the lux-gpu Metal plugin is reachable (no env
needed after the luxcpp/gpu plugin_loader self-location fix). Full test-binary
link additionally needs the native crypto stack (lattice/pqclean) install-
complete.

// and the batch recovery at gpu_bridge.go, against the real Metal backend.
//
// It is intentionally NOT a unit test of recoverV (that lives in
// gpu_bridge_test.go). It asserts the integration: the registered bridge
// reports Available()==true (i.e. luxgpu.GetBackend() != CPU) AND that a real
// signed transaction round-trips through luxgpu.BatchEcrecover to the SAME
// sender address that the CPU signer derives. A CPU-fallthrough or a wrong
// Metal kernel would fail the address equality.
