refactor: shadcn monochrome design

- Replace purple/cyan color scheme with pure monochrome
- Use shadcn CSS variables (--background, --foreground, --muted, --border)
- Dark theme: hsl(240 10% 3.9%) background, hsl(0 0% 98%) foreground
- Remove gradients and colored accents
- Primary button: white bg/black text
- Secondary button: transparent with border
- Subtle gray borders and muted foreground for secondary text
- Clean minimal design matching shadcn docs aesthetic
