Initial commit: shared keychain interfaces and implementations
Provides Signer, Keychain, and Ledger interfaces for the Lux ecosystem:
- Signer: Signs hashes and provides address
- Keychain: Manages signers by address
- Ledger: Hardware wallet interface
- LedgerKeychain: Keychain implementation backed by Ledger device
