delete the sanity caller that points at nothing

It calls hanzoai/.github/.github/workflows/workflow-sanity.yml@main, and that
file does not exist — the repo holds docker-build, platform-build and promote
and nothing else. Every push has opened a run that fails before a step, and
this repo now has one pipeline address, in .hanzo/workflows/cicd.yml.
