Typecheck on the native compiler, keep 6 for the tools

typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler and exports no JavaScript API, so
next 15.5 cannot read it — it dies in writeConfigurationDefaults. It comes in
aliased as tsgo and the typecheck script calls it; typescript stays on the 6
line for next. 0 diagnostics after, identical under both compilers; the one
baseline diagnostic was an unresolved @hanzo/event/react that the install fixed.
