zeekay c31ffc213a chore: drop stale yarn.lock, declare packageManager: [email protected]

Project already had pnpm-lock.yaml; yarn.lock was stale. Pinning the
packageManager field locks the local toolchain to pnpm so commit
hooks and CI agree.
