explorers: read the chain each one is for, at the path it is served on

Every card on all five explorers was a skeleton that never resolved. The UI
reads a Blockscout-shaped API, and this backend mounts one per chain at
/v1/indexer/<slug>; with NEXT_PUBLIC_API_BASE_PATH "/" the page asked for
/stats, /main-page/blocks and /config/backend-version, which 404, while the
same paths under the prefix answer 200.

All five also named the same slug's host as their own APP_HOST, so each brand
described itself as explore.lux.network. Each now names its own chain and its
own host: zoo reads zoo, hanzo reads hanzo, pars reads pars, spc reads spc.
