Move the pipelines where github.com reads them, on lux's own runners
All eight lived in .hanzo/workflows, a path github.com does not read, so with github.com canonical they dispatched nothing at all. cicd.yml also asked for hanzo-build-linux-amd64 — another org's pool. A cross-org label does not fail a job, it queues it until the 24h timeout, so this reads as a slow build rather than a misrouted one. It asks for lux-build-amd64 now, which is what every other workflow here already used.
