Serve ui.lux.finance from the Sites plane
The @luxfi/ui site is a static export: an S3 prefix and a host route, declared the way lux.exchange is declared and released with the same chart. The fleet's sink route for this host is retired. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>

# lux.exchange is files: one Middleware that serves them, one route that names it,
# and the endpoint-less Service the route schema requires. No image, so the
# chart renders no Deployment -- a static site is not a pod.
