The edge publishes the paths the service answers

A prefix in the router that no handler stands behind is a public address whose
reply is whatever binary happens to be at the other end, and the list was
written against a different version than the one pinned here. Nothing in this
tree reads /v1/history and the current source serves no such path, so
publishing it can only reach an older handler.

The remaining legacy prefixes come off in the commit that moves the pin, which
is when the router and the binary describe the same service again.
