CI / Test (push) Failing after 59s
/v1/health on a public luxd reports the D-Chain check and can never
return 200 (D-Chain's VM is absent from public luxd by design), so the
health gate parked both tools against perfectly serving nodes:
lux-mainnet's hourly C-Chain export has failed every run with "luxd
never became healthy within 30s" while the chain was producing.
Probe eth_blockNumber on /v1/bc/C/rpc instead, and treat ANY JSON-RPC
envelope as reachable — including an error one. A node answering
{"error":...} is up, and calling it is what produces the specific
admin-RPC-error exit code that "unreachable" would have erased.
Test suites drop from 34s/183s (timeout-bound) to 4.5s/2.4s.

These genesis files are used by:

RPC Endpoints
/v1 is luxd's only HTTP prefix (node/server/http/server.go, baseURL).
The port differs per fleet — read spec.ports.http off that net's
LuxNetwork CR, never assume one:
