A local fleet runs many luxd on one box, so the bind is RAM as much as disk. config.json becomes the validator profile: pruning on (the evm already defaults this way; the old explicit false forced archival), state-sync on, and trie/snapshot caches cut to 64/64/32 MB so a node holds recent state in ~1GB and the fleet fits in memory. config-archival keeps full history with large caches for the one donor that others reseed from over the local network.
