Brings the fork up to safe-global/safe-wallet-monorepo@4972d37d8, 542 upstream commits including the MUI -> Shadcn migration. Upstream rewrote its history after the luxfi import, so our fork point and its upstream twin are the same tree under different hashes. Git fell back to a 2022 ancestor and produced 6174 conflicted paths; the preceding commit records the two as one point, which brings that down to 55. White-label work carried across the Shadcn migration: - SafeLogo now renders the brand mark. It replaces Header/index.tsx, which upstream deleted as dead code and which is where BRAND_LOGO used to live. - WalletConnect metadata reads off the brand in its new shared home, where the Signer and the Wallet both pick it up. - Footer's white-label arm speaks the new Typography/ExternalLink API. - help.safe.global literals that came back with upstream's rewrites route through brand.helpUrl again, and the product name reads off brand.name. - Greens that arrived with new upstream components are on the monochrome scale, including two new illustrations. Also restores baseUrl to the tsconfigs. Dropping it left every @safe-global/* path mapping unresolvable and type-check reporting 209 missing-module errors, which broke the pre-push hook for everyone. The tsconfigs now match upstream's, plus the brand path. type-check is clean and the web build produces its static export.
