zeekay c3c57f8396 Rebrand user-facing identity to ZAP 
- README/CHANGELOG: title, description, install path, ID-generator label
  rebranded Cap'n Proto -> ZAP; keep Cap'n Proto attribution + textmate credit
- package.json: fix repository URL to actual fork github.com/zap-proto/vscode

Preserves wire/library compatibility: capnpid library, generateCapnpID
command, and the .capnp language/grammar/scope back-compat registration
are untouched.

ZAP support for vscode

Docs: ZAP for VS Code · part of the ZAP Protocol

Syntax highlighting and language support for ZAP schema files. ZAP is a fork of Cap'n Proto and stays wire- and library-compatible with it, so .capnp files are supported alongside .zap.
