zeekayandHanzo Dev d0b47692ba Compile with TypeScript 7

typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler, so this is a pin and not a second
toolchain. tsc --noEmit -p tsconfig.json: 11 diagnostics before and after.

ZAP support for vscode

Docs: ZAP for VS Code · part of the ZAP Protocol

Syntax highlighting and language support for ZAP schema files. ZAP is a fork of Cap'n Proto and stays wire- and library-compatible with it, so .capnp files are supported alongside .zap.
