typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler and exports no JavaScript API, so tsup's dts build cannot read it. It comes in aliased as tsgo and does the typechecking; typescript stays on the 6 line for the tools. 0 diagnostics before and after. tsup injects its own baseUrl into the compilerOptions it hands the dts build, which typescript 6 errors on (TS5101), so the dts build needs ignoreDeprecations: "6.0" in the tsconfig.
