Public Goods License (Default)
Zoo Labs Foundation grants free, perpetual rights for:
- Non-commercial academic research
- Education and personal study
- Conservation and environmental projects
- Any network built on the Open AI Protocol
- Open-source implementations
- Contribution of modifications back to original repositories
Network Use License (Zen Models)
FREE USE on Open AI Protocol networks:
- Models trained on Zen-Agentic data run freely on Hanzo, Lux, Zoo, and all Open AI chains
- No fees, no royalties, no restrictions
COMMERCIAL USE on closed/proprietary networks requires license.
Commercial Use Requires License
For proprietary/commercial use:
- Products or services offered for sale
- Internal use by for-profit entities
- Competing AI/conservation/gaming services
- Closed networks not using Open AI Protocol
